The new Coordination Commission duties will be seeking and share actions to monitor them and evaluate the results. The commission is part of the Vertebration of the Aragonese territory program from 2018, in which they search for guidelines for promoting tourism and economic growth in the area, linked to the French Way and its social and cultural potential to attract more tourists.
Their mainobjective is to share the actions that are being implemented from the institutions, associations and organizations linked to the Camino de Santiago to make the work more effective and to create synergies between the actions.
The Minister of Vertebration of the Territory, Mobility and Housing, José Luis Soro, said that “coordination is key and that is why this commission was necessary to work with the agents involved to coordinate, pool the work that is being developed and do a plan to monitor the actions of the Guideline and to evaluate the indicators of the objectives ”.
